Price Match Guarantee: Find something somewhere else the same but cheaper? Let us know and we will match the price

 

Request a quote from us for what you want to hire... If an alternative supplier quotes you cheaper then forward us the quote and we will gaurantee a price match. Our hire team will re-quote you to a better price.

 

• BrightStar must receive a copy of the quotation from the alternative supplier.

• Quotes must be for equipment of similar specification.

• Quotes must be for the same date(s).

• Prices and quotes are subject to availability and may change at any time until the quote is accepted and confirmed with our hire team.

• Standard BrightStar Terms and Conditions apply.

• Price match is done before VAT additions, as we do not charge VAT.

• Delivery and/or collection is not included, and may be charged additionally.

• Our 'Price Match Guarantee' is not included with any other promotion.

 

Health & Safety - General

 

BrightStar declare that all hire equipment will be send out fit for use, and electrically and mechanically safe before each hire, and then re-inspected after each hire. All electrical items are PAT tested with accordance to UK regulations. BrightStar has adequate public liability insurance to cover all hires and contracted work. A digital copy of these documents can be supplied at your request.

 

Health & Safety - Pyrotechnics

 

When working with pyrotechnics you must be over the age of 18, and be responsible. They are dangerous yet controlled explosives, and must be used in only a suitable environment, by trained personnel, all cast and crew must be aware of the effect, and its placement within the show or event. Please check outthe following for more safety information and guidelines.

Health & Safety - Atmospherics

 

Brightstar use non-toxic water bases fluids, for bubble smoke and haze effects. Please follow manufacturer's guidelines. BrightStar are not responsible, or liable for misuse of atmospheric fluids and chemicals.
